As President and Founder of The K1 Group, Eric represents both sellers and buyers in both residential and commercial real estate throughout California. He is constantly studying the real estate market, looking for market trends – informing his clients when to buy and when to sell.

Following a successful career in technology as a project manager for Apple Inc and as a Solutions Consultant for ServiceNow, he decided to follow his dream to become a full-time real estate agent and investor.

His passion for real estate is evident in all of his transactions, treating all of his clients like family.
